SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We offer free shipping to ALL US states and Canada. When we ship your artwork you will get an email with the tracking number.

International - we can ship unstretched artwork anywhere in the world. Please, contact us for a shipping quote, we'll be happy to hear from you.

CUSTOM FEES

Our customers in the USA do not pay any customs fees. If you are outside of the US and Canada, please, let us know and we will see what can be done.

Shipping times and couriers:

to US or Canada:

• FedEx ground - 1-4 business days

• DHL - 1-3 business days

to Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand:

• DHL - 7-10 business days

  

INSURANCE

All our shipments are insured.

We follow professional guidelines to package our artwork. Sturdy double-wall cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and other accessories are used to protect artwork during shipping. If in the process of shipping your artwork gets damaged, please:

• let us know within 7 days of receipt of the artwork

• make photos of the artwork and the shipping box

We will process the claim and send you a replacement work or a refund (if you like it better than a replacement).

RETURNS

All shipped artwork is considered custom work and we are sorry it is not returnable. This is a result of simplifying the price policy on artwork and shipping. If you have doubts, you can buy my work on Saatchi.
