We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but because all prints are made to order and shipping costs are very high we cannot accept returns.

We know that one of the main concerns is the real colors of the prints. To avoid it we sell small samples on paper, cost of which will be refunded with your purchase of the print.


We follow professional guidelines to package our artwork. Sturdy double-wall cardboard boxes, corner reinforcement and other accessories are used to protect artwork during shipping. If in the process of shipping your artwork gets damaged, please:

  • let us know within 7 days of receipt of the artwork

  • make photos of the artwork and the shipping box

We will process the claim and send you a replacement work or provide you a store credit (if you like it better than a replacement).
